Completely seamlessly. Most of my work is done remotely through QuickBooks Online and secure document sharing. We'll start with a phone or video call so I can understand your business, you'll give me access to what I need, and from there I handle everything on my end. You get the same personal attention and clear communication whether you're next door or across the country.

Usually just a few days. After our initial call, I'll get you set up with the right access, take a look at where things stand, and we'll be moving. If your books need to be caught up first, I'll tell you exactly how long that's going to take, and I'll stick to it.

Not much, and please don't stress about having it organized. I'll need access to your QuickBooks account (or we'll set one up together if you don't have it), your bank and credit card statements, and whatever existing records you have. If things are a disorganized mess, that's fine. Getting them organized is my job, not yours.
